Inner Realms is a 3 month practitioner training that develops and expands your ability to dynamically attune to yourself & others with an experiential introduction to the skill of embodied attunement.

What is embodied attunement and why is it important for therapists?

• Embodied attunement is a natural state where awareness through perceptory senses weaves together with felt experience. When listened to with sensitivity and aptitude this becomes a profound and vital resource of information and felt embodied connection.

• Embodied attunement is a powerful addition to any modality both dialogue and touch based.   When present in a practitioner it is foundational in instilling safety and energetic rapport with clients yet beyond this there is potential for vast and evolving expansion of empathic connection and multisensory communication pathways where the rich internal terrains of self, other, and the greater field are accessible.

• The integration of this into one’s body, practice, and skillful facilitation fosters being with your own and others deep humanity and bridges into the landscapes of the inner world. In this place, if we are fluent in listening and open to the field of awareness, we may be informed of what is present, yet unspoken or dwelling in the subconscious terrain and internal systems of our client.

• A practitioner who has developed strong attunement skills can work at a deeper capacity within their chosen field and also expand beyond the range of modalities.  The scope of a session can open to what is truly present and needed at any given moment.  Making it invaluable in terms of expanding and deepening the potential of the therapeutic and healing space.

What does the training involve?

• 1 x day in-person group training

  The Level 1 Training begins with focusing on learning how to attune to yourself, to others, and the greater field. Through experiential processes, students will explore the rich terrains of their inner world which encompass the physical, psychological, emotional, energetic, and spiritual.

• 6 x in-person mentorship/training sessions (1.5hrs)

  This component of the training is all about working closely to meet the places in which you are developing in the personal and professional spheres (they are intimately interconnected).

• 6 x Zoom group sessions (1-1.5hrs)

  These group sessions are a container for staying connected, further learning, practice, process, and a supportive place to share your experience.

• 3 x personal 1:1 sessions

  Receiving personal sessions affords not only integration and support but is the most effective opportunity to experience and explore the style of embodied attunement being taught. Please note: The cost of these sessions is not included in the course fee.

• Tutorial Support

  Over the 3 months, there is recommended reading material and resources that accompany your learning.

• Homeplay

  Students will be given processes and self-learning exercises over the course of the three months.

• Evolution of your capacity for sensitised and authentic embodiment

• Working at deeper levels of connectivity and effectiveness with others

• Establishing energetic rapport and safety for clients

• Resourcing and regulation for self and client

• Mapping and tracking the inner world of clients: Attunement skills bridge into the subtleties and complexities of the inner world. Making accessible a connection to and engagement with aspects of being such as the physical, energetic, mental, and emotional field, inclusive of Soul and Spirit

• Understand more about internal systems and their presentations such as holding patterns, nervous system states of regulation and dysregulation, undigested material, defenses/inner protectors, and mechanisms

• Recognising dissociation and assisting clients to remain present to, and safely within their own systems and bodies

• Working with trauma and undigested matter

• Developing sensory perception

• Working with The Nervous System

What is the investment?

Inner Realms Level 1 Training - $1,300

To ensure the training is financially viable there are payment plans available. 

Payment Options:

1. Paid in full - $1,300

2. 3 monthly instalments of $465

3. 12 weekly instalments of $117

 Please Note:

• In order to know if this style of work is suited to you it is necessary to have experience of it for yourself and a minimum of 2 in-person sessions are required prior to attending the course.

• The course is open to practicing therapists and also to people who will be working with others therapeutically in the future.

• As mentioned above - Students are required to receive a minimum of 1 x in-person session per month for the course period. This is the most effective opportunity to experience and explore the style of embodied attunement being taught and also provides personal integration and support. The cost of these sessions is not included in the course fee.
