I consider myself an acolyte on an ever-unfolding spiritual path.

It has been the willingness to meet and charter my own inner realms, with honesty and authenticity, that has brought to life and nourished the positive aspects of my innate being. I am welcoming what it is to become fully human and incarnate, as I understand and experience the wholeness of being that blossoms in self-awareness and connection to all life. This is the greatest gift.

I know what it takes to sit in the fire and stay there. I know how hard it can be to turn up for yourself and do what is needed and the transformations and quantum shifts that are very real and possible too.  It is never too late. It is always a good time to begin.

For 2 decades I have worked as a therapist (of numerous modalities), yet it has taken the maturity of being tempered in my own inner life and emerging as a more whole, healthy and heartful woman that has called forth the jewels and gifts I now carry as a worthy offering for the world.

As a fellow traveler and guide for others on their path of awakening, self-understanding and growth I will always offer you my best, most proficient and effective care. I will see you, stand by you and support you.  There are a thousand roads we can travel yet they will all be leading home - To the stable foundation of Self.    

Utilising the gifts and curing skills I am equipped with, I serve as a midwife for others and offer my services with great heart and belief in the irrepressible Goodness within us all, its power to be known and its potential to be well-lived.

Accompanying the various modalities I have trained in as a therapist is a personal path of development, embodyment, and spiritual unfolding that informs the work I offer.

I am at the hearth of my heart and soul when in reciprocation and living fluency with an animistic world and offer immense gratitude for the kinship and tutilage from the other-than-human world.

Also informing the work I offer is a unique immersion into the traditions of Vision Quest and Mestizo Curanderismo which continue to evolve the landscape of my life. I offer heartfelt gratitude to the teachers who have taken me under their wing and share so generously.
